MEDIA CONSENT

I hereby consent to the participation in interviews, the taking of photographs, movies or videos of the student named above by Sangeet college and to use the said products for non-profit purposes including the use in print, on the internet and all other forms of Media. I understand that the processing of personal data by PRSSV is regulated by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018 and we will only keep personal information for as long as necessary.

ONLINE CLASSES

I hereby consent to taking part in online classes, for these classes to be recorded for monitoring purposes, ensuring the safeguarding and protection and welfare of our teachers and students and I confirm that I have read and understood and agree to the terms and conditions for online classes which is attached to the accompanying email.
